Mend Potterton Suprima 50

suprima 50?

you guessed it, my potterton suprima 50 wont fire up, i've changed the pcb, [3rd time] but this time no luck ? the boiler calls for heat but the boiler wont fire up and the green light flashes and then goes back to red, fan ? valve ? can i change these myself ? HELP !
