Mend Potterton Boiler Changed Change

threeway valve?

potterton boiler needs the three way valve to be changed. can you break down the easiest way to change it without freezing the pipes.

If three way valves is in the boiler than it is combi. you can shut off isolating valves under boiler and change it no need to freeze.
