Mend Ravenheat RSF84ET Boiler Diverter Valve Pcb

How can I fix my Ravenheat RSF84ET boiler?

On my Ravenheat RSF84ET boiler I haven't any DHW. I have replaced the diverter valve & microswitch, plus I have tried a new pcb all to no avail. I feel it may be the DHW potentiometer, but don't know how to test it ?
