Is the ICB faulty?

my zanussi FS 1555 W didnt complete the cycle and had to empty it by hand. When I tried to use it again it gave the door open warning of 4 flashes of the warning light and 4 beeps. i have changed the door switch as the bimetal strip had burnt out but I am still getting the warning for the door being open.
I did manage to get it to drain after freeing up the vacuum switch but it is giving the warning signal all the time. I have tried shorting out diffrent switchs in the circuit just to pin point the fault but as far as I can tell without an electrical drawing it all appears to be working . Could this be a fault with the main ICB and are there drawings avaliable
