Cannon Henley 10582G problems ?

I have recently purchased a second hand Cannon Henley 10582G and am having a few problems with it and was wondering if you could help. There are two problems i wish to discuss with you,

1 The clock fades when you turn on the main oven or grill and completely disappears when using the top oven.

2 Both the oven light come on when you only use one of them, bottom oven light is on full brightness top oven is like half brightness

I hope you can give me some idea of the problem
