Can anyone advise how to replace ZANUSSI Jetsystem 1000 interlocker?

turn the power off, remove the nylon band from around the door seal holding it to the front panel, peel back the seal, unscrew the 2 philips screws holding the door interlock in place, prise up the plastic cover from on top of the lock, pull off the wiring connector, if there's a neon lamp on this model you'll need to remove it from the holder and unscrew the holder from the old lock and fit to the new, remove the hose from the bottom of the old lock and refit to the new along with the wiring, neon (if ftted) and cover, fit lock back onto front panel along with seal and refit band around seal
