indicators and horn problem on iveco daily?

i have a problem with the indicators and horn on my iveco daily van,the horn is not working but the fuse seems fine,aklso when the indicators are on they sometimes dont work even though the stork is up or down and a loud clicking noise happens...does anyone know if the only relays are the ones on the fuse box or is there one inside the steering column housing that may be faulty
