Fix my battery case on a Nikon Coolpix L20?

My camera is absolutely operational, but a drop cracked the hinge off the battery case. Now I have to hold the camera just right and use rubber bands to take pictures. Is there a simple replacement for the battery cover that I can do for less than the $70 dollar Nikon fee?

I have the same problem and have taped the door shut. It works till the tape loosens. I did have the tape on the delete button for a time and lost some pictures. The camera works fine, so wish I could find a more permanent fix.
