Why does my beko WM5140W not use the conditioner ?

hi did you get this problem fixed if so what was it as my washing machine is doing the same thing its a beko wm 5140 w it fills with water spins for 20 30 mins then stops i cant open door water is full in drum just the start light is on and spin light thats it cant pause it either

No, there is no flashing lights
Checked the filter and all is clear and rotates!
Other programs work ok ???

my beko w m 5120w does not run.all lights stay green.but w m does not spin

remove the drain filter at the bottom right corner.shine a torch in to the filter housing and check that the drain pump impeller rotates freely
