polti 2400 steam cleaner?

I would also like to know how to have my Polti 2400 steam cleaner repaired. Or at least how to get the tools to get into it?? One tool was successful then there was yet another inside with no fitting tool? Or can anyone give me name and number of someone who repairs them? Thanks
