Mend Nokia 7610 Help Bought Press

PLEASE HELP FIX MY NOKIA 7610 I THINK ITS A FLASH PROBLEM?

Hi basically the other day i bought a 7610. When i press the power button it comes on but on the screen just a white light comes on. i cant do anything at all with it. is there anyway i can get it fixed like a code or a master reset or a program to put on it or anything? Please help
