hi can anyone help me please? i bought a sam4s er-15011 cash register from someone on ebay and i cant get the cash drawer to open when trying to ring up a sale. the drawer is unlocked(i checked that first) and i have programmed the cash register but the only way the drawer will open is if i press the button underneath. the seller tested the item before he sent it to me and everything was working fine, but its not now! any help would be very much apreciated thanks.
The easiest way to check for a programming issue is to print a daily report. The drawer should open if you print the general daily report. If not, it sounds like it has developed a fault rather than a programming problem (drawers can be programmed to stay closed)
