Mend Switch Stopped Wires

how can I wire my new bathroom pully switch?

I took off my old bathroom pully switch because the spring stopped working. It was connected to 3 red wires.
I have bought a new 1 way pully switch with holes labelled L1, C and earth. How do I wire it?
