Mend JVC LT32DM20 Purchased Model Year

Television?

I purchased a 32 Inch JVC TV Model LT32DM20 about a year ago. It is the worst TV I have ever bought.
The picture is distorted. I have tried resetting it to no avail. I went back to the store where purchased it and they keep telling me to set it. It doesn't help. Any suggestions
