Mend Honeywell RF2 Temperature System

temperature won't go down?

Hi my rf2 is permanatley on 24, when i try to lower it with the arrows it goes to some random numbers like 6.9, it has only just started doing this in the last few days, i had it fitted on xmas eve,,, any ideas what the problem is ?
