Mend Miele G645 SC PLUS Dishwasher Water Leak Noise

The ventilation outlet makes a noise and leaks water?

My miele dishwasher G645 SC PLUS ventilation outlet for drying fan is very noisy at end of the programme. When finished and I open the door water falls out and makes a big puddle.
I wonder if I can clean the outlet?

Take off the outer door panel.
Pull off & unblock the small hose that goes from the fan to the dispenser box & check that the connection points are not blocked.
