Mend Renault Megane Scenic 1.9 dci 2002 Work

How to make the blowers work on my Renault Scenic?

Renault megane Scenic 1.9 dci 2002. The windscreen demist and air con blowers are worse than useless. I suspect that a pipe has dropped off behind the dashboard!!
How do i move the dashboard enough to get access to these pipes??
Where are fixings etc??
