how do I fix reversing lights(renault megane scenic)?

My reversing lights only work if I really push on gear stick while in reverse.

You will need to replace the reverse light switch. Fairly cheap part and easy to change if you can locate where it is. Will probably be underneath the car, on the back of the gearbox near where the driveshaft exits.
