Major problems with my phone ?

when i want to go on to orange world it will go on to another app say for example orange widgets when i want to exit the internet it asks me if i want to exit browser i tap on yes it takes me to no and if i want to text somelike hey hows u it will type in different letters say for example if i want a h it will give me a m and on my home screen if i want to make a call i cant because it will take me somewhere else also if someone calls me nd i want to accept it will take me to request
