Treadmill Incline won't work?

I have a ProForm 725tl. Recently, when I push the incline button on the control console, the incline doesn't rise, but if I hit the decline button, it beeps at me. Is this a console issue with the sensors/buttons or with the motor itself? When I do push the incline button, no sounds..doesn't sound like the motor is trying to do anything...it is old, but is in mint condition and everything works perfectly but the incline.
