How can I fix my Beko Frost Free Fridge/Freezer?

I have a Beko Frost Free Fridge/Freezer that is 3 yrs old and tonight when I went into the freezer all the food had defrosted. It sounds like the thermostat, it clicks on for a meer 10secs then clicks off again. The fridge isnt cold either!! Any ideas how to fix it if so roughly how much?

the freezer keeps icing up on the freezer and I have to defrost it manually every month or so

if the compressor clicks on for 10 seconds and then goes off this is most likely the compressor failing and will be costly to repair.Sorry!
