Mend Iveco Daily Steering Wheel Turned

My iveco daily steering wheel vibrates when on full lock?

My Iveco daily (55 plate) steering wheel vibrates when the wheel is turned particularly bad when stationary and being put on to full lock on either side , also wines loudly too. It seems to decrease if the engine is revs are increased.
