Mend Liberty 125 Starter Ignition Told

Liberty 125 - how to replace starter motor?

When I push the ignition button, nothing happens...
I was told by a garage it was the starter motor, and I would like to do this myself. But I don't know where to find the starter motor. Do I have to strip the sccoter down? Any detail is welcome! Thanks!
