Mend Ford Escort Immobiliser Ecu No Start

my ford escort wont turn over?

i have a 1997 ford escort and when driveing it just died on me i have changed the starter motor and the ignition coil and still nothing and the little red light under the clock doesnt flash i was told it was the imobileser but have changed ecu and still nothing please could some one help.

i no this sounds stupid mate but mines just done the same thing have you checked your battery because the light wont flash with a flat battery
