seat on yamaha yq100?

The yq100 battery is not located under the seat. It should be under the key locked compartment in your footwell. What year aerox do you own. Mines a 51 (2001)

your seat should open by turning the key anticlockwise in the igntion.if it doesnt then either cable has broken or come off the igntion switch or the seat catch,you may have to take the front panel off to get access to the igntion switch.
