Mend Ideal C24 Boiler Heating Pressure

My Ideal Boiler C24 won't restart?

I have an Ideal Boiler C24 which has stopped working, I've adjusted the pressure as it was at 0 but boiler won't restart.

Any help would be Greatly appreciated.
