Mend Elux EWX14440w Washing Error Codes

How can I get it to work?

E/lux EWX14440w washerdryer. Starts programme,locks door, pumps out water and stops.Programme goes back to start,door lock releases. All connections present and correct. All instructions followed. Drying progs work as normal.New machine never used but warranty run out.No error codes,no readouts,just switches on,then switches off.
