Jow can I fix my kenmore washing machine?

I have a Kenmore Washer(80 Series) Model No. 110.60702990 and it will not spin. It will fill with water but will not agitate. I can drain the water out but it won't spin.

Hello,

If your washer will fill and drain but will not agitate or spin and you hear the motor running, you more than likely have a broken motor coupler providing you have a direct drive type of washer. The model number you provided is for a dryer, or at least that is what I got when I typed it into my computer.
