Beko AA stuck on cycle?

Our washing machine has stuck on the pre-wash cycle for some reason. Used it a few days ago and it had completed its wash cycle at that time but come to use it today and stuck on this pre-wash cycle.
Have held start button to see if will reset but will not. have turned off at mains also but no luck.
Any advice would be appreciated.

remove the filter and check the drain pump impeller rotates freely.hold the start button in for 5 seconds to reset
