switch on.press the start button in for 5 seconds and hopefully it will reset.remove filter bottom right and shine a torch in to the filter housing and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely

Disconnect from the power source and leave for at least 5 minutes to ensure all the software is powered down. Then put all the controls/switches to the normal start of cycle position and plug it back in again.
