I finally managed to reset it following some instructions for a different model but now it won't fill with water any ideas?

We have tried that, tried switching off at the wall and then back on but it defaults to the last 2 min of the cycle every time and won't progress any further. It's as if it is tied up in a loop, tries to drain then tries to do something else and fails then starts again at 2 min.
