Mend Code Turn Machine

Error code H20?

I keep getting the above error code, I turn the machine off completely and re try but still get the code, I hit the start button for my wash and it only fills up from the prewash chanel then shows the error code..is this fixable or is it a new washer??

check machine not been pushed back to far to pinch pipe
check for a twisted inlet fill pipe
check that water pipe inlet filter screens are clear,
check for a sluggish inlet solenoid valve
the machine may not be filling in a specific time due to any of the above faults, so flags up the H20 = WATER fault
