NEFF S5457 wouldn't drain?

Our dishwasher wouldn't finish its cycle. 1 min was left on the clock. I followed the advice on here. Removed all the water from the sump. Found glass and some other debris. But nothing serious. I needed to take the left hand side off. Found over flow red stick. This moved ok and was having an effect. Then I noticed float switch float was bunged up. I removed the two plastic corner blocks and took the large water storage tank off the side. This is wet, so use lots of towels. OBVIOUSLY DISCONNECT FROM POWER SUPPLY. Next I removed the float switch and pressure switch assembly. Next I gave this to my wife and she cleaned it with hot water and a straw. The pressure switch housing will separate from the float housing. Once this was clean we put it all back. But when empty it was still stuck on 1min left! Put hot water in it and it beeped after about a min. Oh Joy :-)
