Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar Boiler Hot Water Cover

greenstar boiler ?

hi i have a greenstar boiler and the pipes kept ices up and i have to go outside and pour hot water over them.my question is is they anything i can do other then pour water over them pipes .or would cover them with a jacket.do it.please help.
