Mend Vokera Maxin 24e Combi Off

vokera maxin 24e combi `continually blowing off`?

my daughters maxin 24e is continually loosing water through the blow off valve ( why) ,also the rad valves make a noise i.e. if she turns off a valve the system clunkes and bangs ?
