How can I fix my Bosch 1600 express washing machine?

On Sunday, it stopped working and was flashing F4 mid cycle.Since then, when I press the start button, all I can hear is a buzzing sound as though it is trying to work, but nothing else and certainly no water coming through.I thought that it was just frozen pipes as it is in my outbuilding, but the frost has now thawed and the same has just happened.I can't find my manual anywhere.
