How can I get under a drum of a Bosch exxcell 1600 express?

If you are practical type the easiest way to get bra wires out is to remove the heater you can then fish the bra wire out of the heater hole with a wire coat hanger or similar. Need your model no to tell if heater is at back or front of drum. (usually is front) Post more info, model no is on inside of door and on back of machine.
