Hi, I have a problem locking door. Handle will not go up completely so won't lock. Been pushing up hard no joy then all of a sudden it will go, the whole of the lock handles etc seem a bit loose, iI have tried DW40 What could be the problem and how could i rectify please. Any helpful advice would be appreciated
