suddenly my front double glazed door lock has become faulty, it can be opened from outside without a key, if not locked. when it was fitted we had it specially set so nobody could open it without a key from outside, now if you push the handle down it opens without a key. from outside . please can you help. my number is 07967724657
You need to take handles off, inside you will have 2 half spindles, it would seem the outside spindle is going too far into lock, reason unknown without seeing could be washer on spindle moved
