Mend Blauberg BPS242RF Thermostat Temperature Heating

How do I set my BPS242RF room thermostat?

I cannot lower the temperature on my room thermostat. It returns to 24.5 day setting and will not go below 5 deg on the night setting. Consequently, the heating will not turn off. The heating is on both day and night!
