Mend Knipco F98 Heater Work Smoke

Need manuel and proper service for Knipco F98?

I have just been given a Knipco F98 heater and though it seems to work it emits some smoke and soon the room and to be left. I would like an owners manuel for I think this is not correct and would like to service the heater.
