Mend Baxi Solo 3PFL 5 Heating Faulty

my baxi solo 3pfl 5 starts on the clock in a morning ?

but on reaching temperateure goes off on stat and does not come back on for a long time, 30 mins or more, no lights are on, no demand light it just seems dead.Then it fires up and does all the above again,and it wont respond to any attempt until it is ready.
