Radio in my Megane only works manually?

Radio in my Megane only works manually and goes off after 15 mins the lights on the air con and rear heater do not come on although they are working, the cig lighter does not work I have checked the fuses and all seems ok although one had blown which I replaced does anyone have any ideas please
