Mend Sony KP-57HW40 Tv Colors Projection

Sony TV has concave and overlaps colors?

Sony Model KP-57Hw40 projection TV has a concave double picture and red/green overlapping colors. Tried flash focus and reset buttons, did not fix problem. Can anyone provide advise on how to fix?
