Mend Triton Jade 2 Turn Dial Water

Triton Jade 2 shower?

I have to turn dial up to maximum to get hot water. It used to come on hot at 5 or 6 on the dial. Is it the thermostat or something worse?

My Jade 2 shower has the exact same problem, if there isn't an easy solution is there another inlet comaptible shower. I don't want the electriucs or the water inlet to be moved - big mess with the tiling. It needs to be 8.5Kw to be wiring and mcb compatible.
