Mend Triton Spirit Shower Connections

triton spirit shower no power light?

just fitted new triton spirit shower i get water through the unit ok but power light not coming on .
i do have power going to the unit from ceiling switch but as i turn dial on shower the light on the ceiling switch goes out aswell checked connections they are ok

Triton Spirit Shower - No Power Light? | Help
