Hi,
I have the same problem and think it might not be the heating element but I'm unsure of what else could be wrong. It does heat up after about 60 mins, probably the motor heat!
I'm trying to find a manual without success so far, the manufacturers do not answer email or phone calls, but I have found a web site store that does sell all the parts, please see, http://www.espares.co.uk/bin/venda?ex=co_wizr-xapian&step=xapian&curstep=xapian&mode=¶m1=4¶m2=&check=&trrfnbr=&wizard=&trrfext=&curparam1=3&bsref=cometspares&searchex=&xptpl=wz_xapian_keyword&xpcache=1&columns=1&searchargs=&morelike=&reflike=&srchopt=A%2CD%2Cxptpl%2CE%2CB%2CU&itemsperpage=10&searchpage=&searchinvt=1&searchstry=&searchicat=&bsref=cometspares&searchcat=&threshold=10&A=Tumble+Dryers&A=Tumble+Dryers&A=Tumble+Dryers&D=Cl447wv&D=Cl447wv&D=Cl447wv&B=Manufacturers&B=Manufacturers&B=Manufacturers&U=White+Knight&U=White+Knight&U=White+Knight&carryfields=A%2CD%2Cxptpl%2CE%2CB%2CU&A=Tumble+Dryers&D=Cl447wv&xptpl=wz_xapian_keyword&E=&B=Manufacturers&U=White+Knight
for more detail.
If you find the manual please email me at chris@brightergraphics.co.uk
Thanks!
