Mend Hotpoint TCM580 Tumble Dryer Thermostat Reset

Hotpoint Aquarius tcm580?

Tumble dryer not drying clothes or warming up. Have been advised to reset the thermostat and to do this will need to remove the back and press a pin into the thermostat. Have removed the back but can't find the thermostat. Any suggestions? Many thanks

i have the same issue.
i have found the thermostat.
if you open the dryer door then just inside you will see it above the whole. it may be covered in lint so blow it off.
to replace it just remove the top of the dryer and there are 2 screws holding it on :)
try removing the thermostat and puting it in the freezer for a couple minutes the try that. might fix it
