how do i fix my citadel house alarm?

i have recently moved into a house with a citadel alarm with no instructions,when its on the tamper indicatior light is on,how do i stop it

How do i reset my detector from 15kg pet immunity to 25 kg. Looks like a honeywell detector.

firstly put in your code and press reset.

Now what happens?

Fixed, no worries. Tamper still on, you have a tamper somewhere.
