Mend Scantronic 9427 Security System Keypad

House alarm 9427 scantronic?

My house alarm went off inside and out and when I put my four digit code in the lock light on the bottom was on green and my alarm wouldn't stop sounding so I took the wire that was connecting it out then my outside alarm is still sounding I reconnected the inside and put 1234 in but the key pad was completely blank . Can anyone help ?
